I met Mary a little over eleven years ago, she treated us with respect and with a lot of professionalism, very efficient, she knows very well the area in which she works, she has helped me sell to buy and rent. Excellent service and very responsible.

I met Mary in the late summer of 2013. I was trying to buy a condo in Manassas but all the big investors were paying cash and I couldn't get an offer accepted on anything I made an offer on because cash is king. Mary was able to find me a condo in a perfect area for a reasonable price and was able to get the seller to accept my offer. Seven years later I sold the property with Mary as my realtor and we got a good price and it sold quickly. I found myself in need of another condo and I needed it ASAP as my living situation changed overnight. I let Mary know I needed help and explained the circumstances. She took me to 6 properties the next day and we made an offer the with in 3 days of me notifying her I needed a place to live. We closed on the property in about 2 weeks. Mary was also very empathetic to the circumstances that had me needing a place. Very compassionate and just an overall incredible human being. Mary is exceptional and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
